DIES

Specialists in the design, machining and fine-tuning of heavy-duty tooling for the automotive industry. We guarantee micrometre-level precision from simultaneous engineering through to part approval.

Our Experience

Tooling for stamping metal parts in robotic tandem, progressive, automatic transfer and manual processes. They are used in stamping operations to shape sheet metal and other metal forms. A typical application is the manufacture of automotive body parts.

We have developed solutions, adapting to complex technical requirements for sectors such as:

✔️ Automotive
✔️ Aerospace ✔️ White goods ✔️ Agricultural

The End-to-End Process

Engineering and Simulation

Advanced CAD/CAM design and forming simulation (e.g. AutoForm) to predict fractures and optimise sheet-metal utilisation before manufacturing.

Construction of cast bases and high-speed machining (HSC) on gantry machining centres for large-sized components.

Fine-tuning, component integration, surface copying and polishing carried out by highly specialised toolmakers.

Fine-tuning on our own presses, 3D metrological scanning of the first parts, and delivery of samples meeting series-production quality standards.

SHEET METAL FORMING EXPERTS

We have extensive experience in developing highly complex dies (Tandem, Transfer and Progressive). Our process covers everything from stamping simulation to ensure geometric feasibility, through to fine-tuning and try-out on our own high-tonnage presses.

Transfer and Tandem Dies

Large-scale automated tooling systems, optimised for high-speed press production lines.

Progressive Dies

Robust, high-precision design for complex, high-volume parts, integrating cutting, punching and deep drawing into a single uninterrupted cycle.

Class A Surface Parts

Deep-drawing dies with flawless finishes for automotive exterior panels (bonnets, doors, roofs and wings).

Structural Parts

Reinforced and heat-treated tooling for processing high-strength steels, used for chassis, side members and safety components.
